Mech comparison spreadsheet is updated to what I think is final (pending any typos I missed) for all corebook PC and NPC mechs

Now includes fancy extra info for NPC mechs like tracking how common negative HASE stats are, how many have armor, and how many have higher evasion or e-defense, split across tiers

Also includes Long Rim but no promises on keeping it perfectly up to date as those get revised
